Orchard House is a privately owned venue that offers 2500 square feet of comfortable space on its main floor that is ideal for celebrations, performances, and conferences for up to 130 people. Based upon your needs for your event, a quote will be provided. A Venue Rental Agreement is standard. 

The following are approximate rental rates. Please contact the Venue Manager to discuss further and determine availability. (GST is added to all rates).

  • Main Hall is $750: (based on 8 hours use) and includes tables and chairs. Linens available at a separate cost. 

  • Commercial Kitchen is $250 per day and includes, cooler, gas ranges, full tableware and glassware; bar area, commercial dishwasher. (A qualified caterer is required).

  • Sound and video (Livestream capacity) - $400 for 8 hours; a qualified sound technician will be provided at an additional charge. A 72 inch smart TV is available for use.


Non-profit groups are provided with a negotiated discount. 


  • Minimum of 20% deposit is required at time of booking.

  • Set up and take down of tables and chairs is the responsibility of the renter, as well as general clean-up and garbage removal.

  • A venue rental agreement is required for all bookings.

  • Event Liability Insurance and any required special events  liquor license is the responsibility of the renter.
